Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is over, and Christmas has exploded here at the mountain!

But, before we dive into all the Christmas festivities going on here at the Mountain....lets talk about Turkey Day. We celebrated Thanksgiving on Saturday, and had around 60 to 65 people.

There were four of us American girls that cooked, with some help here and there from others.
Nancy, the directors wife, headed it up and did an amazing job! She also bought us all these cute little aprons to use! They are the cutest!

Our menu consisted of Turkey, chicken, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, an apple and pear winter salad, rolls and punch to drink. Then we had pumpkin pie and apple crisp for dessert, of course! :)

It was seriously so great to be able to introduce one of our holidays to the boys and staff here at Hope Mountain. It was truly a special day for us.

We are thankful everyday, blessed beyond measure!
